- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took two months to get a crown that was supposed to be 4 weeks. Paid 150.00 at initial visit and was told I would owe an additional 175.00. Temporary crown kept popping out and I was told to get over the counter denture adhesive to keep in place. Arrive for placement of permanent crown and I'm told I owe 499.00. Called Delta Dental to find out that the dentist WAS already paid and in full. Dental office says yes we have a credit but we were just going to keep it on your account. She says I could request a check. It takes weeks to be reimbursed she said. I said why and she replied - well someone has to have time to print the check.
